de pâte feuilletée, 3 picodons crémeux, 6 tranches fines de jambon cru de pays, 50 cl de crème fleurette, 20 feuilles de basilic, 3 gousses d'ail, 1 œuf, sel, poivre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;Etaler la pâte feuilletée. Découper 6 ronds de &lt;st1:metricconverter productid="20 cm" st="on"&gt;20 cm&lt;/st1:metricconverter&gt; de diamètre. Battre l'œuf avec un peu d'eau, badigeonner les cercles de pâte à l'aide d'un pinceau avec ce mélange.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Couper les Picodons dans le sens de l'épaisseur, rouler chaque moitié de fromage dans les tranches de jambon, poser chaque bûchette sur&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;sur une moitié de rond de pâte, déposer une feuille de basilic et rabattre la pâte. Prendre bien soin de fermer l'ouverture par petites poussées avec le pouce.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Déposer les chaussons sur une plaque préalablement humidifiée, les badigeonner du mélange eau+œuf, préchauffer le four à &lt;st1:metricconverter productid="110ﾰC" st="on"&gt;110°C&lt;/st1:metricconverter&gt;, laisser cuire 20 minutes.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Crème pistou : hacher les gousses d'ail avec les feuilles de basilic.
